[SADXA] DXCC Mobile Award

The League has finally gotten
around to issuing a DXCC Award
for Mobile QSO's.

I argued for that Award over 25
years ago, but was shot down.
Their argument was that it could
not be verified. Just like the QRP
Award I countered. No dice.

Now, you don't even need to send
in the cards, just a list and a promise.

And, it is non-endorsable.

Of course the $16 for the Certificate
has nothing to do with the decision.
