[SADXA] DX Ladder spreadsheet

I suggest we delete the columns
2 Meters, 60 Meters and Satellite.

Reasons:

DXCC Challenge based on total
for 160 through 6 Meters.

60 Meters is not a DXCC Band.

Satellite, I agree with Wes.

I also agree adding a "Mixed" column.

Then you could add a "Mode Total"
column as well. It would be the
sum of Phone+CW+Digital.

While not a DXCC Award, it would
function to motivate folks to use
all the Modes.
