[SADXA] DX Ladder spreadsheet

The DX Ladder spreadsheet will be updated soon and I'd like to include
the latest information from everyone.  If you're not in the Ladder and
would like to be, feel free to send over an email with your band data
numbers.  Any new stations will be included very quickly.  (By the way,
don't worry if your numbers aren't as high as those near the top of the
list.  Everyone has to start out somewhere and those big numbers
represent decades of effort. Get just one new entity per month and your
numbers will grow as well over time.)

There's going to be a minor revision to the Ladder, which is because of
three problems.  First, some entries showed "worked" entities rather
than "DXCC-verified" ones.  Second, there were a couple of typos in the
data.  Third, the formula used to compute the "Total" for one person
didn't include the VHF confirmations, so his total count was slightly
lower than it should have been.

The typos and the formulas have been corrected, but I need your help to
make sure that everyone's numbers mean the same thing. The Ladder
ideally should contain only the "DXCC-verified" band totals, so please
check the details for your call.  Next compare those to what's in the DX
Ladder out on the club's web site.  Then let me know what changes to make.

The spreadsheet will be updated on a monthly basis, but your updates can
be added whenever you'd like.  There's no rush on this stuff.
