Dave :
I did not see anyone reply to you re the issue with unhappy home owners that are being radiated to death by a lolly ham 300 feet away. Dennis is a member of the DX club and is being harassed by a neighbor who has not a clue what he is talking about regarding the RF.
However I understand his post has been taken down since one of the neighborhood hams took him to task about the facts of rf exposure he was complaining about. I do not know what was said to him but maybe they will leave Dennis alone now. I guess time will tell.
I would hope that someone said to the complainant the if he really believed what he as saying he would the lay his cell phone down, turn off his Microwave machine as they expose him to more risk than the neighborhood ham does.
Maybe in time I can find out how the conversation when with him to take his complaint off the network.
However if one looks at what his post has in it the RF may not be what is his real problem is. I suspect the real issue is he does not want to look at the antenna. It has never been shown that an antenna in a neighborhood has any effect on the price of the property.
I have lived this experience Dennis is going through and I hope his outcome is what mine was. The neighbors with the exception of two didn't care one bit about the antenna and thus the antenna stood.
