 OK thanks for all the help. I did find the proper OQRS site and sent a donation and requested a QSL.The online log shows that I am OK for 80M CW. I am glad that I asked on here.73 de Joe

According to that, I submitted my request on 3/24/18.  My LoTW confirmations 
were on 3/27/18.  I don't recall when the cards came in.  I sent them 5 EU via 
Paypal.

I got 3 cards, since I had 14 Qs.
