[SADXA] More Kosovo QSOs are in LotW

Another batch of Z60A QSO confirmations have been posted to Logbook of 
the World.  This may not have been all of them, but in my case they 
were.  As the news of this update becomes more well-known, the side 
effect is that many people are checking their LotW accounts to see if 
their electronic confirmations are there. This is making the LotW server 
very, very slow in its response time.
