I have just been told by Bruce, WA1BZQ, we have the activities center  
as originally planned for the 16th of September at 4 PM. Lillian 
contacted the HOA and closed the loop for us to continue with our plans.

If you are interested in attending please e-mail me at:w7lb at amsat.org  with the number of persons attending  or call me at 520-401-3900.    The cost is $10 each to cover the costs of the burgers/hotdogs ,fixings, etc. and also the expenses associated with using the HOA Recreation Center.   We need a good count of those attending preferably by September 6th (but certainly by September 9th) so Bruce can purchase food and supplies.   You can mail your $ to me at:

As a last resort, please have the fees ready and I can collect at the BBQ.  This is still a partial pot-luck so snacks, salads, deserts, etc.  will all be enjoyed.   Also remember to bring your desired drinks.
