[SADXA] SADXA BBQ Update

All:

  I know you are are probably wondering what is going on with regard to 
the BBQ. I have talked to Lillian and it is her wish to continue with 
the BBQ. It was her feeling Mike would want it that way and so lets 
continue. So with that input we are making contact with the HOA, as well 
as Lillian will contact the HOA, to be sure we are OK to continue with 
plans to have the BBQ at the original place and the original time. If 
for any reason the HOA does not go along with this plan I will let you 
know. If for some reason the HOA does not go along with the plan we will 
still have a BBQ, as we have two offers from member to have it at their 
place and we appreciate those offers.

That being said we will continue the original plan and for those who 
have not yet made a commitment to go, it is time to decide what you are 
going to do. If you decide to go, and want to eat, then you must have 
your money, $10, to Larry by no later than next Wednesday, the 6th of 
September. That is so we know how much food to plan for.

Anyone is welcome to come for the social part of the gathering even if 
they wish not to have food.
