[SADXA] Help request

Gene K5GS, wrote me the following:

    Over the past few months I've been working on the tower project, HDX-572. 
    The tower is 16 years old, I'm the original owner. Took it down one year ago
    and put on a flatbed to Tucson.

    I put it vertical last week for the final building inspection, ran it up and
    down, no problems.

    This past weekend I added a 40m beam and HF antenna.

    There now seems to be a bind in the tower, causing it to stall. I removed
    the 40 meter beam, same problem.

    Laying horizontal I can extend it a few feet, no problem, all sounds are
    normal, as they were when I ran it up and down last week.

    To me, it looks like the lower inside section is not plumb, but that's just
    a guess.

    Are there any tower service people, or experts on this US Tower, in the area?

    This is more than I'm capable of fixing and would prefer someone who knows
    what they're doing.

Does anyone in the club know someone who can help him out?
