[SADXA] YI3WHR on 20m JT65

YI3WHR is active right now on 20 meter JT65.  He's doing an S&P 
operation but can be gotten at the end of one of his QSOs.  I got him by 
keeping his transmit frequency on my receiver and offsetting my transmit 
frequency by about 175 CPS.  One call got him.  He's relatively strong, 
at a -15 level.

He's just confirmed the QSO on eQSL.  I'm hoping that his LotW QSL won't 
be too far behind.
