[SADXA] DIgital QSO

Which is a good argument for running as little power as needed when
running digital modes. I know there are stations running 50-100 watts
(and maybe more) on FT8 right now. In my opinion it defeats the purpose
of weak-signal digital modes (EME, meteor, etc. notwithstanding). I
almost always run 5 watts from my FLEX-1500. I may not work them all,
but I work most.
