I called the security number recommended by Comcast and he said "Yep, it's
being blocked" but could only
give me a number for technical support because he didn't know why.
I called, got some dufus who took all my information and then transferred me
to another support person and
when they answered wanted to start all over again. I was not too
happy but it was the above female.
1. She could NOT go to the URL to see if it actually works.
2. She knew it was being blocked but didn't know why.
3. She couldn't do anything to unblock it.
4. She didn't know who to call to see what might be done.
5. She said it 'might' work its way out of the system if the computer
software decided there is no threat.
6. She said it probably was a cookie on my computer causing it so I
immediately tried to go with a laptop next to me.
7. She said to wait.and then the connection was lost.
Finally, I just lost the connection and gave up..
Looks like it's working now. I was talking to an English as a 2nd
language lady trying to figure it out.
Ain't technology wonderful?
