[SADXA] SADXA Spring BBQ Cancellation

All:

As you all know the spring SADXA BBQ, is planned for the 16th of 
September, at the recreation facility located in the development where 
Mike and Lillian's home is located. Mike had arranged for the club to 
use those facilities for many  activities through the years. One of the 
requirements for using the facility is, a resident of the development 
must be present to assure proper use and cleanup.

With Mikes passing the club now cannot meet that requirement. The club 
has contacted the administration of the HOA and they have informed us we 
no longer meet that requirement and therefore are not allowed to have 
the planned BBQ.

With that news we must cancel the planned activity unless we can find a 
place to have it before the 6th of September, which is the cutoff date 
for obtaining the supplies for the BBQ.

If anyone knows of a location that has the facilities to hold such an 
event please contact me or Bruce Betterley, WA1BZQ, ASAP so we can go 
forward with the planning to move the event. You can also post your 
suggestion here and we will look into  the possible move. You can find
