[SADXA] Looking For a D-104 Mike

I am looking for another D-104 Mike,
must have the Pre-Amp in the base.

The Xtal element need not work, I
will be replacing it in any case as well
as replacing the Pre-Amp (with a
K7DYY Pre-Amp).

I also want it to have a PTT capability,
"Chicken Choker" style preferred.

Cosmetics are important also.

So, anyone got one they want to sell ?
