[SADXA] Thanks to Ron Jones K7RJ -- from W7EXG -- RE DB42 90 degree rotation

I forgot to thank Ron Jones, K7RJ [at last nights meeting] for his help in
trying to push the SteppIR DB42 90 degrees to a vertical position using a
long pole, while DB42 was still on nested upright tower. This 90 rotation
was due to a tilt plate rotation lock failure, during some wind at QTH. We
were not successful, so Ron also helped with tilting tower over for
correcting the issue. 

I am currently addressing the failure of the rotation lock, and hope to have
a fail safe remedy in place soon. Antenna appears to have survived the
ordeal in all its aspects.
