[SADXA] VP8STI/VP8SGI is 2015/16 DXpedition of the Year

I was curious about which team became winners of the DXPedition of the 
Year plaque.  A quick perusal of the internet web sites reveals that the 
Intrepid DX Group just won the SW Ohio DX Association's DXPedition of 
the Year honors over the weekend for their South Sandwich/South Georgia 
effort.  It couldn't have happened to a more deserving group of guys.

I'd post the URL that shows the plaque but I think we agreed not to put 
such references on our reflector.  It's pretty easy to find through your 
favorite search engine, though.
