This is a fun event, which I try to do every year. I am happy you
to to participate. Each year brings out different
operators and stations. Not all listed stations are active each year.

Last year I worked ABH, Schofield Barracks, HI, for the first time
in many years; they appear to have been absent today. This year I
stumbled upon ADB, Camp Foster, Okinawa. But of all things via long path
on 20m, for a touch of DX!

The addition of 60m was a good idea, and I also worked AAZ. They
are nearly impossible on higher bands due to the proximity.

I was told by a couple other stations that the Secretary's message
had been sent early in the day. But I copied in on CW at 0300Z (a few
minutes ago) via NWVC on 6912.5.

The annual event still continues to draw lots of participants, and
I already look forward to next year.
