Yes, it is. Their signal probably did the same today but I didn't stick
around to find out.
This morning I waited for the QSB to cycle and then called them when I
heard their peak signal. The method worked for me: I got them on the
second call. I just hope I can do the same thing if I hear them again
on 40. When the band has been open they've been too deep in the noise,
and I'm running out of time. They'll be packing up the equipment and
leaving in a few days.
