I suspect you're correct.  That's probably how the log becomes "inactive".  
Logically, I don't think they could automatically change it back after a new 
submission since some folks, for reasons that escape me, want their logs hidden.

Anyway, the hidden list is pared down to KD7F, KE7DX, KE7VYQ, KR7RK, N7UQ, 
W6RLL, W7AAA, W7RJ and the club call, WS7DX.
