Keeping club log updated is actually quite easy for me. I use dxlab for
all of my non-contest logging and I also import all of my contest logs into
it. I have it set up so when ever I log a new qso it automatically uploads
it to clublog. As a side benefit there is a link on my qrz page that will
also show my last 10 qso's (for vanity reasons probably) and provide a
method to check if you are in my log. For those of you that haven't tried
dxlab and are need of a good logging program that is reasonably priced
(read free), you should check out dxlab. For those of you that have looked
at dxlab and rejected it you might want to look again. I realize dxlab
does have somewhat of a learning curve which may discourage a lot of
people. I like it because it is stable, very capable and very easy to keep
updated. It also handles my 15k+ qso's without any issues and integrates
very well with my radio and other hardware. I love the fact that I can
click on a spot and my radio automatically tunes there, and push another
button the rotor also turns to the proper heading. From dxlab uploading
the logged qso's to lotw is also very easy. I've been using it for about 5
years now and have never had any issues.
73 everyone, see you in the Heard island moshpit!
