Subject: [SADXA] DX Convention 

Fellow DXers, 

 

I am planning on flying to the DX convention in Visalia next month and one
other person has committed to going. The plan is to leave early on Friday
April 15, and arriving at Visalia early afternoon. A non-stop flight takes
about four hours, but we can stop in Apple Valley to break up the trip. We
are staying at the Wyndham Hotel, which is adjacent to the airport. Ground
transportation to and from the convention center can be through the hotel
courtesy van or Uber or taxi. We will return after the Sunday Brunch on the
17th. I estimate the transportation cost with four people total  to be about
$135 each plus parking fees. 

 

Two of us will go no matter what, but I can take at least two more people.
