Finally, the ARRL has added a
Mobile DXCC Award to their list
of awards.

I exchanged e-mails with the League
over 25 years ago about that and got
nowhere.

Their argument was validation... how
could they confirm you were really in
the mobile.

The fact that a similar argument could
be made for QRP met with silence.

The bad news, the Award is not
endorsable. That may change in the
future.
