     Hey Dick, we're looking at this backwards: there is nothing wrong 
with this photo, it is an expose!

     This is the tech responsible for making cold solder joints at her 
company!

     At last, proof! Many companies employ people like this, but now you 
know the real reason behind all those signs posting: 'no cameras 
allowed"...........
