[SADXA] Wierd url for email attachment

Guys, if you instruct me to do so, I will not let any more of the folders through.  I get them now and then as attachments to someone's message.  I'd just as soon not allow them.  What say youse?

This shows up when I open Lee’s agenda and Rex’s response to the agenda for the BOD meeting.

GOOD, BAD, OR UGLY???  I don’t recall seeing this before.
