[SADXA] VP8SGI on 18.130

     For me, they are 15 dB over S9 on 14023, 58 on 18130, and (about) 
559 on 10142 RTTY (I have no modem).

     On 7023 they are still459 but coming up (on my noisy vertical).

     So far, so good!

     ANd WD5COV is the op on 18130 now.
