[SADXA] VP8SGI is on the air

The Intrepid DX group has set up on South Georgia Island and is on the 
air on at least three bands.  Their transmit and receive frequencies are 
the same as they were for South Sandwich Island. It's easy to find their 
transmit frequencies: just listen for the dummies who are calling or 
tuning up there, and for the halfwits that keep yelling "Up! Up!".  The 
pileups are up five to fifteen KHZ.  They are just as fierce as they 
were for South Sandwich.
