[SADXA] VP8STI on 7.025.2

He had a pretty good signal on 40 SSB earlier like around sunset 
tonight. Huge pile up but I got him with just a few calls so that was 
good. Shortly after I worked him on SSB, he went to CW. Glad you got him.
