[SADXA] VP8STI on 18.130

Well today, this morning, I discovered my 80 is NG. Its acting like the 
remote switch went west so tomorrow I will crank it down and move the 
feedline to another port on the switch to see if I can fix it. I would 
like to work them on 80 but its not critical. 160 is the band I want to 
get them on if possible. It wont be easy as it is summer there.
