[SADXA] VP8SGI is now QRT

News from the internet, as of 0700 MST:

There was a big storm on South Georgia Island yesterday and the VP8SGI 
crew were evacuated to their ship for safety reasons.  The storm 
continues and the team is awaiting a break in the weather to go back on 
land.  Meanwhile the decision was made to shut down operations.  When 
they get back to their camp it will be to disassemble and pack up all of 
their antennas and gear.  No further on-the-air operations will take 
place from South Georgia, and plans for the ATNO activity has been 
scrapped.  The last log update will be when they get back to the 
Falkland Islands.
