[SADXA] KB7KKU - Basil Brashear

I just learned that long time Tucson resident KB7KKU - Basil Brashear (King
Kong's Uncle) had passed away from a heart attack on 28 June.  We don't know
why KB7LCT - Betty didn't let us know.  Basil was active on the BART and the
EARS and loved to communicate via Echolink and IRLP with his friends down
under in Australia and New Zealand. Basil was 86.
