[SADXA] LOTW and date time correlation

I think you're right, Ron. After it computes that number the LotW
program gives you a timeslot band of (I think) plus or minus 20
minutes. If the difference between your computed time and that of the
other station falls within that interval, you both get the QSO confirmed.
ClubLog has a tighter tolerance band than does LotW. If I recall
correctly it's only plus or minus ten minutes, so you could have a match
on LotW and still not get a hit out of ClubLog.
