This DXPedition is at the limits of my station's ability to copy. Nevertheless I got the QSO, up 0.8. If you're further away from the mountains than I am, you may be able to copy him better than I did. Easy to find at the moment, as several stations are calling him on his TX frequency. GL, Jim W9FI
