[SADXA] DXCC update

Thanks.  One of those was a new one (Heard), #337 on the new downsized entities 
list.  Now if they would just delete the Monk we would be getting somewhere.

I was a donor to the Heard expedition (as well as some others) so the 
confirmation from them was very quick.
