[SADXA] DXCC Challenge Musings on a Quiet Day

I don't remember any praise when I made the Honor Roll.

I've always operated with the "Just enough" scoring system, as far as bands go 
at least, i.e. 100 on any band is "enough."   Hence, no grand total toward the 
(relatively) new Challenge.  Plus there's that other little handicap; all of my 
Q's were made right here in the core of the Baked Apple.
