I think it is malicious, as I heard it tonight, showing up on the VK0EK
frequencies on other higher bands.

     Once again, I can hear them, but copy is ruined by that odd digi 
handshaking.

     If I listen to 3537.5 in LSB, the amplitude and width becomes apparent.

     It is %80 steady, but the handshaking does pause. I assume this is 
not a legit Amateur signal, but who can tell anymore?
