[SADXA] DX 'n Stuff

Folks,

We have a great program upcoming at the next SADXA meeting on March 19.  Ned, 
AA7A, will join us with a presentation about the Voodoo guys last operation.  
Foregoing west Africa this past year, they went instead to Kuwait to operate the 
CQWW CW contest from 9K2HN. (See: http://voodoocontestgroup.com/) This will be a 
presentation at Visalia this year, so this is our chance to see it before then. 
Please make it a good turnout for this special program.

In other DX news, the ARRL International DX Contest, SSB is this weekend. (Rules 
at: http://www.arrl.org/arrl-dx)  Even if you are not a hard-core contester, 
this is always a good one for picking up some new entities/slots. With the 
waning sunspots this could be the last big one for some of us.

Our very own Tom, NQ7R, should arrive with a group of other fine ops in Eritrea 
( E3) on Friday March 6. Callsign TBD but probably E3A. The propagation gods are 
not predicted to favor this over-the-pole path, but we could be pleasantly 
surprised.  Tom promises to look for us at the top end of the pileup. (See:
