I have an Icom IC-781 that does not power up. That's all I know about it, however, for someone looking for a challenge and think they can fix it this would be a good project. I do not want to put the time into trying to figure out what the problem is. It also makes a great boat anchor, as it is very heavy. Its yours for $400. Jerry W6XI
