There is  a very active group of ham radio operators in the Tucson area 
that would be willing to help. I'm forwarding your request to the 
Southern Arizona DX association. You can find information at this web 
sight:  http://www.sadxa.org/ Its a great group of people who *love* to 
share stories.

I'm sure that you will get plenty of replies to your query. Some of 
these people have talked to every country, island, and other rock on the 
planet. Even North Korea.
