I worked the 20 meter RTTY slot from 1600 - 2200 Z. Probably not the best times, but they disturb my family life the least.
I was rather disappointed with the total QSOs (254). About 100 of these were in the first hour, even though the previous AZ op (K6LL?) probably drained the well some.
Things really slowed down in the second hour until I spotted myself and then there was another spurt. There seemed to be short opportunities to work EU (and one JA) but these guys were really unruly.
One other problem, and maybe some of you contesters can set me straight, is that I was using N1MM, which I'm not real familiar with, and operating split. If I tuned my listen freq too far, N1MM would change from "RUN" to S&P" and totally screw up my ESM macros (and me). I assumed that it would be keyed to my TX freq, which of course is fixed.
Despite the fumbles, a good time. Back at it tomorrow.
