[SADXA] Band Intruder ??

My loop has it at either 106 or 286 degrees, since we already have one vote
for 100 degrees the 106 number is probably the correct one.  From my qth
the most likely candidate are the spooks at Fort Huachuca.  Not much
between my qth and there.
