 Superstition Amateur Radio Club SuperFest 2014 City of Mesa Tax Information
and Requirements.
The Superstition Amateur Radio Club is a 501c3 Nonprofit Corporation City of
Mesa Sales Tax Requirements PDF - 11/28/2014

 The Superstition ARC has met with the City of Mesa regarding resolution of
sales tax requirements for the Superstition SuperFest for this year and
going forward. Please be prepared to comply with requirements below if you
wish to sell goods at this event.

 1. The Superstition ARC is required by the City of Mesa to maintain a
listing of all commercial and individuals selling goods at the Superstition
SuperFest. This information will be gathered at the gate prior to entering
the selling area.

 2. All commercial and individuals selling goods at the Superstition
SuperFest must have a City of Mesa tax license to be in compliance with City
tax codes of which there are two options available to you.

 a. Annual tax license base cost is $30.00 and requires submission of
monthly tax forms for the term of the license. A link to this form is
available below on this page under the "Links to City of Mesa Sales Tax
information and Requirements".

 b. Transient / temporary license, valid for 30 days base cost is $30.00;
license is automatically closed after tax return is filed. A link to this
form is available below on this page under the "Links to City of Mesa Sales
Tax information and Requirements".

 The City of Mesa has also been invited to partner with the Superstition ARC
on the day of the event to assist with understanding of the requirements and
filing forms on the day of the event as needed. You may also fill out the
forms prior to the event utilizing the links provided below for each option
