[SADXA] Zone 23 in China

I know this is not specific stations, but you could set up alarms on your
DX Spotting
network for them.

BTW, there was a group on over the weekend signing BY9/

I remember when Zone 23 was one of the really tough ones, until the UA0Y
group
went there.
