[SADXA] Wanted: EF Johnson Knob

I need a knob much like the ones used on some old EF Johnson
Transmitters. Fluted Knob with 1.5" dia skirt marked 0 - 100 over
180 degrees. The knob color is black.

I also need a insulating coupler, like the ones made from phenolic
(brown color) that are used to connect two 1/4" shafts.

Anyone got anything like these in their junkbox ??
