I agree with Wes, we don't really want the job, we want them to fill the
job. Gary had much more elaborate equipment that he used other than the
IC-706.

I thought the object was to force them to provide this service. You take
away the equipment, especially with no horsepower to direct repairs, and
they are off the hook.
