Wonder if TEP would be willing to loan Gary's equipment until they get a permanent replacement

Gary is recruit-able and willing. When the team gets a plan together for 
a meeting we can call Gary and have him come down. He is willing.

BTW the model of the radio he used to locate and isolate the noise was 
the Radar Engineer No. 242. Read all about it here:

I think the tab is about $5500 new.

This outfit also has other devices for locating RF signals.
