Great question.
How many of the problems we encounter are from the power lines or from individuals?

After/if we find a suspected source isn't the problem going to be getting them to fix it?

I don't know how it worked with Gary since I'm on Trico and have different people to work with, but often the guy is on hand to direct the line crew.  Are TEP's crews going to take direction from a group of hams?
