I just received a QSL request w/SASE from PC2F. The stamp affixed to his return
envelope was something that I've not seen before. Maybe I'm the last on my block
to learn of this particular stamp which, when bought on a sheet of 20, is equal
to the $1.10 we pay to send a one oz envelope overseas via airmail.

USPS link:

https://store.usps.com/store/browse/productDetailSingleSku.jsp?categoryNavIds=catBuyStamps&categoryNav=false&navAction=jump&navCount=0&productId=S_578804&categoryId=catBuyStamps

Even though the description of the stamp does not specify "airmail", I don't
believe the USPS still uses horses and the Queen Mary to transport mail
overseas. Since this is a "forever" stamp, we may want to stock up when the
Postal Service begins talking about inevitable postal rate hikes.
