I have been told by good source the new RFI guy for TEP is Scott Dickerson.

He can be reached either by calling his shop at 520-745-7119, which may 
or may not get to him. Or, you can call him on his cell phone at 
520-275-9563.

If you are having noise problems give him a call. If he is not kept busy 
they might just assign him to some other task and he wont be available.
