Comments from El Hefe ...

Last nights meeting was well attended. There was a spirited discussion
over funding for the Amsterdam Island DX-pedition. After all comments
were heard, it was voted to send the sum of $250 to the Expedition Team.

Amsterdam Island was last on in 1998 and is one of the most wanted DX
Entities, not too far below P5.

After the meeting we viewed a DVD on K4M, the expedition to Midway
Island. A very successful expedition that added a few more notches to
the belts of most DX'ers.

Next month should be equally enjoyable, I encourage all members and
those who are interested in Ham Radio to attend.
