PS  I usually wait about 6 months or so before working them again. 

Have them in the log many times, but can only hold out "so long",
without giving them a sig report.  But whenever I hear Victor, E51USA,
or E51CG, I jump in and say howdy.  Philippe is such a fine gentleman
that he does not mind frequent QSOs with the same old guy, but I don't
want to push my luck.  --J.
